How it tastes? A pedigree coffee with elegant and gorgeous flavors. The cup overflows with stone fruit sweetness – cherry, apricot and nectarine, all balanced by caramelized brown sugars and honey.
This is a juicy and fresh-tasting cup with a soft, cherry-like acidity rounded by a long coating finish of caramel candy, nougat and milk chocolate.
The aroma is pure heaven. Every sip satiating with juicy notes, a mellow sweetness and velvety body.
|
Recommended Roast: Medium - Dark
Medium roast develops bright fruit notes of cherry, plum compote and orange. The body is silky with layers of chocolate and caramel.
Dark roast extracts an outstanding cup with decadent dark chocolate. This roast maintains plenty of sweetness through second crack.
A range of roasts work well on this Costa Rican coffee and each reveals complex and detailed flavors.
