How it tastes? Warm, comforting notes of caramel and brown sugar give nuance to a buttery milk chocolate body. The finish is juicy with soft accents of praline flavors that remind us of shortbread cookies.
This coffee blew us away! Bold layers of chocolate and rich peach notes takes us to mum's baked peach pie.
This coffee works great for espresso and filter drip where the sugars and heavy chocolate notes.
|
Recommended Roast: Medium - Dark
Medium roast develops honey and mild orange notes balanced with caramelized sugars. A creamy mouthfeel hugs this coffee's bold chocolate body layered with delicate nutty flavors.
Extend the roast and push the Maillard stage to almost 50% of the total roast time to add caramelization to the cup.
This coffee is easy to roast and will likely offer consistent results with different roast profiles.
