We do not have a minimum order size for purchases placed in the Us and Canada.
Navigate to our Offerings tab on the homepage for a list of our current offerings. All coffees that display a “Add to Cart” button may be purchased online, subject to availability. These coffee are “SPOT” and are stored in our warehouses ready for shipment or pickup.
Online orders can be shipped to a known address or arranged for pick up. During checkout elect "Call to Arrange Shipping" or "Pickup From Warehaouse, respectively. Shipping fees are generally based on the value of your order any may include extra charges like Lift gate where applicable.
As a service to our valued clients, we will happily arrange shipping on your behalf. You will be solely responsible for all shipping, freight and / or delivery charges, and all other additional fees related to the transport of coffee from our warehouses to your chosen location.
Yes. Coffee purchases can be picked up at our warehouses nearest you. Each warehouse has its own deadlines for orders, shipping policies and procedures.

Yes. For security reasons, an adult must be present to sign for the order.
Full Size bag orders placed by 1pm PST/4PM EST can ship within two business days, excluding holidays. Track your order online in the "My Account" section". Coffees to be shipped are loaded on wooden pallets and wrapped. Include strapping, at an additional charge, for added protection.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Please inspect your coffee order when it arrives before signing off on the delivery. In the event your order is damaged during shipping, please note the damage on the driver's receipt, take photos of the damage before accepting delivery. Contact us immediately to file a claim directly with the shipping company. Our service team will assist you through the entire process.
