SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship all orders within the continental U.S. — including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Shipping Times & Rates
We are able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and internationally (See International Shipping). For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
Ground Shipping:
We ship via ground freight at competitive rates via our third-party delivery partners. For LTL (Less Than Trailer Load) orders, we use our preferred partner UPS Freight. For single bag orders, we ship via FedEx & UPS Ground. If you are located outside the contiguous 48 states and can arrange your own shipping from our warehouse, we will gladly release coffee to your preferred shipping company.
Warehouse Pickup:
Schedule a warehouse pickup and specify the pickup date and details in the comments box during checkout. Once the order is finalized, you will receive an email detailing the delivery order, warehouse address and pickup instructions. Please select the warehouse pickup option if you are arranging your own shipping, and let us know the name of the trucking company in the comments / email.

- Tracking information and delivery estimates will be emailed once available..
- Warehouse deadline for next day pickup or shipment is 11:00 AM PST at The Annex (CA). Please notes warehouse deadlines are hinged on successfully submitting all necessary paperwork. We recommend placing your orders as early to ensure meeting the cutoff times.
- Although we use third-party shipping companies to deliver your coffee, if you encounter any issues with your shipment you can email Our Customer Service for assistance.
Shipping To Canada
Due to current shipping conditions, we are unable to offer flat shipping rates for pallet to Canada. Once your order is placed, our customer service team will reach out with the best available quote based on your delivery location and pallet weight. We are also happy to release your coffee order to a carrier of your choice, should you choose to arrange your own shipping. Please include any additional delivery requirements in the comments when ordering.

| Lift Gate | Lift gates help lower pallets from the truck. If you do not have a loading dock or a fork lift at your delivery location, our shipper requires the addition of this service, for safety reasons. | $60 |
| Residential Delivery | Delivery to all homes and residences - i.e. any non-commercial address. | $60 |
| Limited Access | Full-sized 18-wheel truck unable to easily access your location. Your order will be delivered using a smaller truck able to navigate the location. | $60 |
| Scheduled Delivery | Scheduled appointment is a request to receive delivery during a specified two hour time window. Notification service is complimentary upon request; the trucker will call 30-60 minutes before arrival. You may also specify the operating hours of your business in the comments section of your order. | $60 |
